All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Users are responsible for keeping this information up to date if any changes occur.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their soft99 account password and login details. Passwords must not be shared with any third party.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the soft99 support team immediately. We will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Soft99 users are expected to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without soft99's authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
- Sharing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of any party.
- Registering an account using a false identity or using another person's account.
Soft99 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. Actions that may be taken include temporary suspension, freezing of funds pending investigation, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.
Payment Information, MYR Transactions, and Account Policies
All financial transactions on the soft99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other local methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. soft99 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or disruptions on the part of payment service providers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the payments section of the platform. soft99 reserves the right to revise these limits with reasonable notice to users.
Soft99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any rules under these Terms & Conditions.
- Failed identity verification or inconsistent information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Users whose accounts have been legitimately closed are not entitled to seek compensation from soft99.

Soft99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: loss of betting funds, unexpected service disruptions, or data loss due to factors outside the platform's control.
